So I have left 389 little missives on this thing in the past few years, and now... now it seems I have to fight to say anything of relevance.
So, I did a little searching, reading of profiles and the what not, and on Brookies, I found something that spoke to me. It was in her description of the Counting Crows, and it was a reminder that sometimes we all need to go somewhere else. I think I will do that tonight, because it has been a while since I was...elsewhere.
A friend of mine made a comment the other day that spoke to me as well. he said, "it's plain to see, that as society continues to advance itself further, the general level of maturity drops as well." I thought about it, and you know, he's effectively right. Kids today have cellphones, digital mp3 players, and so forth. they don't want for the next step in technology because it's there, yesterday. And as such, they don't read as much, or advance themselves, or their creative processes...Interesting take on it all.
Oh well, I'm gonna go be elsewhere...Check livejournal- I'll post the playlist of elsewhere for me...
