It's kinda odd, that i leave notes for people embedded in my diary entries... What's even odder is I am watching jackass and enjoying it. I suppose my serious dislike of asinine antics have translated to a perverse enjoyment at seeing these particular morons hurt by their antics.
Anyways, yes, the Holy Trilogy. My grail. Something I have been waiting for ever since the format was introduced. But that's next week- and by the way, six days.
As for lyrics, the song was originally done by Cameo. I remember the video explicitly because in a true, pre-pimp fashion, the one guy had mirrors on the tops of his shoes, which allowed for upskirt shots. Oddities from my past, i know.
As far as an account on Ebay, the gist is simple. anyone can sign up for one that is buying only. If your buying the only fees you have to deal with are whatever you pay for. now, if your a seller, you need either a checking account or credit card for verification. The auctions, on a normal basis cost 25cents to list, along with any other fees you may have based on whatever you want your item to have listed with it. Say a Gallery listing might cost you another $10. It's good, in a way, because that gets so much more exposure, but I don't like to use it because you never have any guarantee that your item is going to sell for enough to recoup your losses. You can do reserve prices, but their chancy and besides, your also charged a certain percentage off the price that your item sells for. it gets bigger the higher up on the monetary scale you go, which sucks, but that's their operating costs i would suppose.
As far as the camera, accessories? Service plan? I usually know within a few hours of buying something if it's working right, so i usually don't worry about service plans. Mainly with the cameras because the technology is advancing so fast, that even if you buy something top of the line, your getting stuck a step behind the edge of technology. i had one, and it worked fine, but...a year later it ceased to be worth it, and stopped working in the move. I can't remember how much i paid for it, but it was way under $200. I wouldn't pay something like that for a camera, in my opinion that's obscene.
I appreciate the offer of the camera though, but, with the amount of stuff I will be listing, and the ofteness that i will need to be working with a camera for the purpose of pictures and such, it's really better that i just pick one up and go from there. Thanks though.
And if you go to Ebay they do offer a seller's guide that will help you through all the steps of selling, as well as some tips that those of us that have been on the site for the past few years figured out along the way.
