I was about to sign up for gold membership earlier, but I decided to wait and pick up a few months here, in well, a few months. I've done a lot of purchasing on my card recently, and I want to pay that off first before I add another charge. i know, i know- so not normal for me.
Anyways, i know I had mentioned having another diary elsewhere recently, and so i shall tell you now, where it is. don't worry, no secrets are being traded between the two, i just like the idea of doubling a person's interest in what i have to say. No really...
Anyways, the diary is under the name calibros at livejournal- www.livejournal.com. The name is mainly because I wanted calibros back under aol but someone has it... Lovely. So there it is, my second diary link. Enjoy.
Now, something serious. I've been kinda sitting on this for the past few days, not sure about wanting to post it, but...
recently my uncle Frank was in town from his normally lived life in Corvalis, Oregon and he went to visit some of my other family members. Along the way, I got the dirt on some of them, and warned about others. It seems my cousin Kristy is a slut, and has had three children out of wedlock by three different men, and has fast talked her brother out of a $2000 advance on his credit card, and stolen money from her mom. Lovely. Brian, due to frontal lobe damaged, has become unable to hold down a job because he is too slow, and well, Daryl has a house that Brian shares with him.
That's them. other stuff bothers me more.
dad, recently confided in me, that he is going to the doctor to have some stuff on his skin removed, and that he has a form of skin cancer. he says he's not worried about it, since it doesn't reach down too far, but still, this is my dad with cancer, my oldest brother just fought lung cancer this year. this doesn't make me feel much better with the impending mortality issues i always battle with...
Anyways, that's that. I'm going to start working with html and try to make a template for this diary here soon. i love the one I have, but I want one of my own too...
